Take notice that the Annual General Meeting of members of the Lake of Bays Association will be held on Saturday July 9, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. in order to:
- Receive the financial statements and the auditor’s report.
- Elect directors.
- Appoint the auditor and authorize the directors to fix remuneration.
- Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, and still wish to have your vote recorded on the matters to be voted on at the meeting, please complete and return the proxy. To be valid, completed proxies must be received by the Secretary of the Association [[email protected]] by Thursday July 7, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
