Lake of Bays Association sends letter to Premier Wynne regarding Allocation and Billing of OPP Police Services in the District Municipality of Muskoka
The Lake of Bays Association has sent a letter to Premier Kathleen Wynne and Minister Marie-France Lalonde of Community Safety and Correctional Services regarding the allocation and billing of OPP Police Services in the District of Muskoka. Lake of Bays residents pay approximately 50% more than the actual cost of the services provided, as calculated by the Province, because of this costing allocation. LOBA believes this is not fair or appropriate.

We encourage LOBA members and other residents of the Township to also write to the Premier and Minister and have produced a template letter.

If you submit a letter, please copy us at [email protected] so we have a record of members who are interested in this issue.
