It's National Volunteer Week and President Wendy Gibson would like us all to celebrate the 80 ++ volunteers who are the lifeblood of the Lake of Bays Association.

"THANK YOU, to our water quality testing team, invasive species monitors, area stewards, and the many volunteers who contribute to our environment, land use planning, government relations, communications, membership, safety and communications activities. A special shout-out goes to our leadership team. The time and expertise you donate ensures LOBA’s success. Since 1926 we have had good people who care about the common good of Lake of Bays step up and lend a hand. Without our volunteers, there would not be a Lake of Bays Association. Thank you!"

If you are interested in volunteering with LOBA, send a message to info@loba.ca.
